2. Photography and Intellectual Property

All photographs on this Site are original works protected by copyright. They may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly displayed, modified, embedded, or used to create derivative works — in print or digital form — without prior written permission. This includes use of any photograph or page content for training, fine-tuning, or evaluating machine-learning or artificial-intelligence systems.
